Kevin is a former State’s Attorney and recently retired as a Judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit. His extensive legal background and decades of service to the community position him as a trusted and knowledgeable advocate for his clients. At Orr Law, LLC, Kevin will focus his practice in estate planning, probate administration, and real estate law. In addition, he is a qualified agent for Advocus National Title Insurance Company, enhancing the firm’s real estate offerings.
Kevin and his wife, Becky, are longtime residents of Jasper County and are deeply committed to the community. His return to private practice reflects a continued dedication to helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most important decisions with clarity and confidence.
