OUTREACH OFFICE UPDATED INFORMATION TO ERBA OPERATIONS AND COVID-19
Based on the updated “shelter in place” order issued by Governor Pritzker until April 30,
2020 all ERBA Outreach Offices will be taking PHONE appointments with
customers until the order is lifted. Please call your local ERBA office to schedule your
PHONE appointment; if additional documentation is required they will instruct you on the
process.
Customers with an appointment already scheduled will receive a phone call from an ERBA
staff member to complete your application process. We will attempt to call within a 15
min. time window of your scheduled appointment. Please allow ONE HOUR for the PHONE
appointments and have your appropriate documents ready. Keep in mind staff will be on
the phones majority of the time, please leave a message and they will return your call as
soon as possible.
Our staff and customers are valued very much and we understand the challenges the next
few weeks are going to bring. By being smart and following simple hygiene guidelines, we
can hopefully beat this virus and come out stronger than before. God Bless Each of You.
