Lady Eagles Win Home Opener
The Newton Lady Eagles swept their home opener winning all three matches in two sets. The freshman defeated Altamont with scores of 25-18 and 28-26. The Junior Varsity won with scores of 25-23 and 25-23. The Varsity team finished the sweep with scores of 25-18 and 25-16. Varsity Category Leaders

Lady Eagles Place Fourth in Gold Bracket of Fairfield Tournament

Eagles Soccer Defeats Pana 4-0
The Newton Eagles defeated Pana in their home opener on Tuesday, August 29 with a final score of 4-0. Luke Weber scored three goals and Lance Volk scored one with an assist from Greyson Dow.
