On Tuesday, October 27th, Pizza Man was the place to be. All purchases not only helped a local business, but also the JCCU1 music programs. Over $300 was raised for the program and owner Mary Banning rounded the amount up to $350.
Shown with Mr. Brian Ridlen and Mr. Jeffrey Finley is Ms. Banning. Banning is eager to have opportunities to give back to the community and during the spring shutdown offered daily lunches to those in need at no charge.
The music department will be hosting other events such as this working with local businesses who could use a boost in sales while also having the opportunity to give back to a worthwhile program which benefits so many students in Jasper County.
