April 28, 2020 There have been 44 positive cases of COVID-19 in Jasper County and sadly 3 deaths. Our thoughts and prayers are with those impacted by this virus and our deepest sympathy goes out to the families of those who have lost loved ones. Local officials are treating the COVID-19 outbreak in Jasper County with the upmost importance. Statements made by individual Jasper County board members do not represent the feelings of the Jasper County Board. We continue to ask all residents to exercise caution in public and follow the guidelines set forth by the State of Illinois, Center for Disease Control, Illinois Department of Public Health, and the Jasper County Health Department.
