NOTICE of public hearing for the City of Newton proposed appropriations for the fiscal year
2025-2026. Said hearing is to be held on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 5:45 PM in the City Council
Room at City Hall, 108 N. Van Buren Street, Newton, Illinois. The proposed appropriations will
be available for public inspection on June 30, 2025 through July 14, 2025 at the Office of the
City Treasurer in the City Hall between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
