The R.E.A.D. team visited Newton Elementary, Ste. Marie Elementary, and St. Thomas to present the first through third grade classes with a new book for each student.
Ginger Robins, with the help of her Reading Excites All Dreams team, Coco Lin, Justin Zumbahlen, Kenneth Hartke, Connie Hemrich, and Madison Phillips, read to the younger grades and simply talk for a few minutes with the second and third graders before they get their books.
This event happens three times a year and is able to be done through donations to the program and Usborne Books and More.
