Can you tell a little about yourself?
I am originally from Altamont, IL held several jobs at a time while attending Eastern Illinois University for Finance, and competed in running and triathlon.
I have been involved in the running industry for nearly 20 years working to create, support and produce many great events.
I have operated a local race production and race timing company for the last 5 of those years.
During that time I had married Newton-raised Katie (McClane) Clagg, whose Grandmother owned The Royal Tavern, and her other Grandparents owned and operated Rauch’s Jewelry.
I have loved calling both sides my family over the years.
It’s been a great joy to create a life with my family in central Illinois and Newton, IL is a part of that life.
What made you decide to go into real estate?
Through my past work experience I have had great fulfillment in helping and supporting my clients with the obstacle of producing an event. My clients have always felt comfort in my experience, knowledge and calm supportive nature.
I feel I can provide that same support for clients while helping them in the journey of transitioning from their current home and in helping them find their new home.
What made you decide to work with PS Realty?
I have had a great relationship with the owners June and Scott Bierman for the last 16 years, the opportunity to work with them and contribute to the fun and energetic work environment is something I could not pass up.
They are both equally experienced, driven and passionate people and just a joy to be around.
What do you feel makes Jasper County a great place for people to move to?
From all the places I have worked and experienced, Jasper County is one of the most supportive and loving communities, I have seen in central Illinois.
It’s very easy to see why everyone here is proud to say they are from Jasper County.
Anything else you would like to add?
If you are thinking of moving to or from Jasper County or wanting to purchase a new home. Please stop by and visit with Scott and I and we can help with the next step in your dream home journey.
