What made you decide this school was the best fit for you?

What made me decide that this school was for me has to be the size and their criminal justice program. The coaches made me feel at home and I felt like I connected with them and I felt that they could make me the best player and person I can be.

How do you feel NCHS has prepared you for this next step in life?

I feel that NCHS has prepared for for everything life has to offer. The small town feeling and support that I got from the town and school really got me ready for what’s ahead.

What are at least two life lessons you have learned from sports?

I feel that NCHS has prepared for for everything life has to offer. The small town feeling and support that I got from the town and school really got me ready for what’s ahead.

How have your coaches (and assistant coaches) helped prepare you to play at a collegiate level?

My Coaches have prepared me by pushing me to my limits and holding me accountable which in return made me a better player and a hard worker. They made me work as a unit with my teammates and that will help me for the next level because football is one big unit.

What will you miss the most next year about not being a Newton Eagle?

What I’m going to miss is most definitely the wearing your jersey in game day and pre game right before we come out for the kickoff walking behind the drum line. Everyone has their own thing but I gotta credit that to the drum line players and their instructors because that got my adrenaline up and I would get hyped every time I heard that it was just an amazing feeling. It’s unreal the feeling of coming out behind the drum line to the field.
I wanna thank Coach Fulton and Coach Tarr and Coach Lidy and Coach Halsey for making me the player I am today and holding me accountable and working with me throughout my 4 years
