St. Thomas Catholic Church Shares their Annual Harvest Picnic’s Success

St. Thomas Church, in recent years, began sharing 10% of the proceeds from their Annual Harvest Picnic with community organizations.  This year proceeds were donated to the Newton Family Life Center and the Peterson Park Christmas Light Display.  The success of this year’s picnic made it possible to donate $2,000.00 to each of these local organizations.  St. Thomas would like to thank everyone that supported this year’s picnic and would like to extend a special thank you to the many organizations that provide services to our community.  

Pictured:  Dee Bower (St. Thomas parishioner) presented a check for $500.00 to the Peterson Park Christmas Light Display while the remainder of the donated funds were used to purchase, maintain and update St. Thomas Church’s Christmas Display.
