St Anthony took down St Thomas 15-6 Friday afternoon in JH baseball at Newton. St Thomas took an early 1-0 lead in the second but St Anthony answered with 3 runs in the 3rd and 5 in the 4th.
The Saints’ top hitters were Drew Earnest and Alex Gier with 2 hits apiece. Earnest drove in 2 runs while Gier added 1.
T. Seiler lead St Anthony’s 15 hit attack with 3 singles and a RBI. V Vogel chipped in with 2 singles and 3 RBIs.
St Thomas falls to 1-3 on the season and is back in action next Monday against Red Hill at home.
