What made you decide this school was the best fit for you?
I chose to go to Olney Central College because it will be a good place to transition from high school to college, it was close to home and it offered many different opportunities.
How do you feel NCHS has prepared you for this next step in life?
NCHS has prepared me for the next step in my future by offering a variety of different classes to let me explore my interest, and by offering dual credit classes to prepare me for college.
What are at least two life lessons you have learned from your musical time at NCHS ?
Life lessons that I have learned from being apart of band was to be on time, always be prepared, and how to be able to work with a group of different people.
How have your instructors and/or directors helped prepare you to perform at a collegiate level?
My directors have prepared me by showing that hard work really does pay off and by encouraging me to always do my best.
What will you miss the most next year about not being a Newton Eagle?
I will miss being apart of the Newton Marching Eagles, and going to night practices,  and Friday night football games, but I will mostly miss going to competitions and the feeling you get when you get a standing ovation.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
I would like to thank all of my teachers and family for helping me get to where I am today.
