ARCHAEOLOGICAL PRESENTATION

Larry Kinsella, a unique and leading pioneer in experimental archaeology, will be
explaining and demonstrating how Native Americans made and used tools such as
stone axes, micro drills, flint knives, arrow points and other tools. He will also give live
demonstrations using the massive stone ax (cutting a 6” oak log) and the use of the
atlatl/spear. (Weather permitting.)
Storyteller Marilyn Kinsella, who has previously shared her stories at the Robinson
Library, is returning with exciting tales of Native Americans, and how they used tools as
necessities to their livelihood.
