The Jasper County Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with area businesses held a Sweet Summertime Stroll offering businesses the chance to showcase their goods and services while offering a sweet treat for those who attended. With warm summer weather, people had the opportunity to meander throughout the square in Newton along with enjoying the scenery of a summer evening while traveling to area businesses to enjoy not only treats, but local hometown service and hospitality.
