The Jasper County 4-H Rabbit Show showcased outstanding rabbits and exhibitors, with several youth earning champion and reserve champion honors across breeding, commercial, market, and fur classes.
Leading the way was Cooper Haycraft, who had an exceptional day in the show ring. Haycraft captured Champion 6 Class Buck, Champion 6 Class Doe, Champion Commercial Doe, Reserve Champion Commercial Buck, Champion Best in Show, and Reserve Champion Best in Show, making him one of the show’s most decorated exhibitors.
The Bierman family also had a strong showing. Kody Bierman earned Champion 4 Class Buck, while Kyle Bierman was named Champion 4 Class Doe. James Bierman took home the title of Champion Market Pen.
Other exhibitors receiving top honors included Greyson Schoonover, who won Champion Commercial Buck, Reserve Champion 6 Class Doe, Reserve Champion Commercial Doe, and Best White Fur. Nya Schulte earned Reserve Champion 4 Class Buck, Vivianne Englebart received Reserve Champion 4 Class Doe, and Michael Shamhart claimed Reserve Champion 6 Class Buck.
In the market classes, Riley Rauch was awarded Reserve Champion Market Pen.
The fur competitions recognized Rylan Kuhl with Best Color Fur, while Greyson Schoonover earned Best White Fur.
