A. Consider and act on passing Ordinance 26-11 Vacating the Public Alley Running East and West from Walnut St. to Stevens St. of Anna Stevens Subdivision in the City of Newton, Illinois.
B. Consider and act on passing Resolution 26-14 a Resolution of Support for the City to Apply for the Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program Grant.
C. Consider and act on authorizing the 2027 Mowing Season Project Agreement with Triple M Mowing.
D. Consider and act on authorizing the TIF Application submitted by BS Square, LLC for 101 S. Jackson St. for 15% of the total project cost, up to the amount of $14,891.95, with reimbursement to be issued as a one-time payment upon completion of the project and will not be included in the annual TIF increment reimbursement, as recommended by the Finance and Audit Committee.
10. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consider and act on authorizing the TIF Application submitted for 120 W. Washington St., as recommended by the Finance and Audit Committee.
B. Consider and act on authorizing quote to reface the Welcome to Newton signs.
C. Consider and act on authorizing the quote to Vandevanter Engineering in the amount of $135,396.64 for repairs at the Yager Lift Station.

D. Consider and act on passing Resolution 26-15 Authorizing the Redemption and Payment of All Outstanding General Obligation Refunding Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2016, in Relation to the Newton Aquatic Center.
E. Consider and act on authorizing a Fall City Wide Cleanup to be held on Friday, October 2, 2026 and Saturday, October 3, 2026. (Unmanned dumpsters will be located in the back parking lot of City Hall. No electronics and no tires.)
