The Newton Eagles junior varsity football team lost a hard fought game to the Mt. Carmel Golden Aces. Mt. Carmel came out to an early lead and never looked back despite a valiant effort in the 3rd and 4th quarters from the Eagles. The Eagles look forward to their matchup with the Olney Tigers at home next Monday at 6 p.m.
