Coach Fulton commented about the game stating, “I thought the team played really hard and started the game fast and steady. We had some issues in the second half but was able to correct the mistakes and win the game.”
“I thought the offense was really good as we were able to run the ball for over 300 yards. The offensive line was really good and our fullbacks opened up some holes.”
“Defensively we did a nice job for the most part. It was nice to get a couple interceptions and a lot of help from the bench. We need to do a better job defending the zone read but over all it was a good effort.”
“Next week Casey will bring a lot of challenges for us. Casey is big and physical and has a good running game. We will need to have a great week of practice. We are excited for the challenge.”
