Lady Eagles Tennis finished 2nd in the First Annual Robinson Invitational.
Newton placed second behind the host school, Robinson, in thier first invitational tournament.
Lady Eagle Senior Jacelyn Street placed 1st in the #1 Singles bracket, having lost only one game in the 49 she played on the day. Sophomore Jessilyn Hall placed 2nd in #2 Singles. Doubles team Seniors Claire Griffith and Allison placed 3rd in the #1 Doubles bracket, and Juniors Madison Emmerich and Lindsey McClain played as #2 Doubles.
Teams participating were Robinson, Newton, Paris, Fairfield, Centralia, Charleston, Robinson JV and Paris JV.
