Ray was born on January 23, 1956, in Olney, Illinois, the son of Ray Harvey and Betty Lou (Shipman) Reynolds Sr.
Ray was a member of Falmouth Church of Christ.
Ray was a laborer by trade. He enjoyed woodworking, building motorcycles and was an artist.
Ray is survived by; Children – James Drown, Jason Reynolds, Monica Reynolds, Ethan Reynolds and Gracie Reynolds
Sister – Ramona (Lloyd) “Doc” Holliday
Nieces – Lisa Holliday and Lori Wolford
Ray was preceded in death by his parents
