Faith Shull, daughter of Brady and Alissa Shull, will be attending Lincoln Trail College as a part of the volleyball team. During her time at NCHS, Faith was an active participant in activities including Beta Club, Spanish Club, and Science Club .
What made you decide this school was the best fit for you?
As soon as I took a tour of the school I really loved how laid back and “homey” it felt. I really clicked with the volleyball coach, Dana Goodwin, and I could immediately tell that it was going to be a great program to play volleyball for.
How do you feel NCHS has prepared you for this next step in life?
NCHS has prepared me for this step by pushing me to do my absolute best in everything and to not give up on my goals.
What are at least two life lessons you have learned from sports?
The two lessons that sports have taught me is to be coachable through everything and to work hard while no one is watching because it will eventually pay off in the future.
How have your coaches (and assistant coaches) helped prepare you to play at a collegiate level?
All of my coaches throughout my volleyball career have taught me to not give up even when times are tough. They have pushed me out of my comfort zone and never gave up on me.
What will you miss the most next year about not being at NCHS?
I will probably miss the atmosphere that NCHS brings most. Even on the tough days my peers, teachers, and especially principals have never failed to put a smile on my face.

I would like to thank my friends, family, community, and especially God for this opportunity. I am beyond thankful for the endless support I have received thus far.
