The Newton Eagles boys tennis team delivered a powerful performance Thursday evening, defeating Robinson 6-2. The Eagles celebrated the team’s four seniors: Isaac Street, Brennan Bigard, Wesley Britton, and Kayden Hetzer on the previous Wednesday at makeup matches against Paris.
The evening was a special one for Newton as the team honored the contributions and dedication of its senior athletes. Their leadership and commitment have helped guide the Eagles through a competitive season, and they were recognized in front of teammates, families, and fans before the match.
