The Newton Eagles traveled to Macon Meridian where they faced the Hawks and soared to a shutout game with a final score of 10-0. A clean sheet by the defensive line was due to Luke Milliman, Alex Bergbower, Leo Weber, Luke Weber and keeper Drew Buerster’s defensive skills and teamwork.
