Global Insights, a non-profit foreign exchange student program, is seeking host families for the 2019-20 school term. A host family provides room, board and much needed love and understanding for a teenager from a foreign country. A host family may be 2 parents, a single parent, an empty nester, the main qualification is the desire to share your home and hearts.
These teenagers are here to learn how America really is, not just from the news. They are also here to improve their English speaking and understanding. They know that being totally immersed in a language is much better than any classroom.
The students have their own spending money and insurance. They all speak English. They are to be treated as a family member. They attend school and must maintain at least an average grade in all subjects.
