
NEWTON, Ill. — The future of business in Jasper County will be on full display later this month as the Jasper County CEO Class of 2026 hosts its annual Trade Show, giving the community a chance to support and connect with local student entrepreneurs.
The event is set for Tuesday, April 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the JCCU #1 Unit Office, where students will present the businesses they have developed throughout the year as part of the CEO (Creating Entrepreneurial Opportunities) program.
The Trade Show serves as a culmination of months of hard work, creativity, and real-world business experience. Students have built their own personal businesses from the ground up, learning everything from product development and marketing to customer service and financial management.
Community members attending the event can expect a wide variety of offerings, including creative products, innovative services, and fresh business ideas from this year’s class.
