The Lady Eagles fell to The Freeburg Midgets with a final score of 1-2 but defeated the Maroons from Champaign Central 4-3 during round-robin play on Friday. Avery Mulvey took the loss for the Eagles going seven innings, surrendering two runs on six hits, striking out three, and walking three.
The final score for the match between Newton and Charleston was 5-4, with Newton coming out on top. In the singles matches, Adam Rudibaugh from Charleston beat Isaac Street from Newton with a score of 6-3, 6-2. But Alex Bigard from Newton defeated Luke Kennedy from Charleston with a score
