Vogt Earns Illinois Farm Bureau Certified Manager Designation

Lindsey Vogt, manager of the Clark and Jasper County Farm Bureaus, recently completed all requirements to earn the designation of Illinois Farm Bureau Certified Manager (IFBCM).

The IFBCM program, established by Illinois Farm Bureau in 1993, recognizes county Farm Bureau managers for professional achievement and leadership in managing staff. To earn the designation, county Farm Bureau managers must complete six examinations covering a variety of managerial areas.

IFBCM recipients must also maintain their certification through continuing education and professional staff leadership. Recertification is required every five years and includes completion of 50 hours of continuing education.

Vogt began her career with the Illinois Farm Bureau as manager of the Clark and Jasper County Farm Bureaus in 2023.

Founded in 1916, Illinois Farm Bureau, originally known as the Illinois Agricultural Association, is a nonprofit, grassroots membership organization. Illinois Farm Bureau and its statewide network of county Farm Bureaus provide members with advocacy, information and professional development opportunities supporting Illinois farm families and the agricultural community.
