The County of Jasper is seeking an Animal Control Officer – This is a Contracted Position.
Interested individuals may fill out an application on the County website at www.jaspercountyillinois.gov or pick up an application at the County Clerk’s office at 204 W. Washington, Suite 2, Newton, IL 62448. Completed applications can be returned to the Clerk’s office or emailed to Ron Heltsley at rheltsley@jaspercounty.illinois.gov.
Please note that the Animal Control Officer position is a contractual position and not a County Employee position. The Animal Control Officer is paid an annual amount for services as well as compensated for milage and cell phone use.
