SAINTE MARIE, Ill. — Residents and visitors are invited to step into a holiday wonderland when Whoville comes to Sainte Marie on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Christmas-themed community event promises a full day of family entertainment, activities and holiday fun.
Among the activities planned are an ice skating rink, face painting, hot chocolate, concessions, wagon rides, cotton candy, Whoville shopping, kids games and kids crafts. Visitors can also stop by the Oh Snap Photo Booth and browse Whovillage vendors.
Children and families will have the opportunity to meet a variety of holiday characters throughout the day, including the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, Martha May, Mayor Augustus and Mrs. Claus.
Organizers are inviting everyone to come enjoy the festivities and help make Whoville a brighter place while supporting the local community.
The event will be held in Sainte Marie, Illinois, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on November 28.
